PipelineID	Identifier returned by BeginValidationPipeline
ModelID	Identifier returned by LoadArlingtonModel
Options	Bit 1 stops after the first issue, bit 2 permits unknown first-class keys, and bit 4 reports deprecated entries

Positive value	String-list identifier containing pipe-delimited issue code, object path, and message fields
0	No issue was found, or an identifier is invalid

The model walks from FileTrailer through linked definitions while suppressing repeated object-definition pairs and reusing lazily parsed PDF objects
