Description

Returns how many retained history entries of the active edit are currently available to UndoEdit

The count equals the current history position, grows as edits are recorded and shrinks as edits are undone or the history is trimmed to MaxUndoSteps

Starting a new edit with BeginEdit or calling ClearEditHistory resets the count to zero

Returns the number of undoable entries, or zero when no edit is active or nothing has been recorded
