Description
Fires through OnSnapshot after a snapshot drag in vmSnapshot mode was captured
Snapshot is owned by the viewer and freed when the handler returns, so assign or draw it but do not store it
When SnapshotToClipboard is set the same bitmap also goes to the clipboard, and a snapshot the OnBeforeSnapshot handler marked as handled never reaches this event
