TPDFlibViewerMarqueeSelect

Description
Fires through OnMarqueeSelect when a marquee selection completes, either dragged with the select tool or created programmatically through SelectRegion
Keep starts as True: leaving it True retains the selection in the viewer's list where GetSelectedRegion and SelectedRegionCount reach it, while setting it to False discards the selection after the handler returns
