Description
Fires through OnActiveRegionChange whenever the interactive region under the pointer changes
The viewer compares the freshly built region with the previous one by kind, page, index and subtype and only fires when something changed; a Kind of vrNone means the pointer left every link, annotation and form field
The current region is also available on demand through the ActiveRegion property and RegionAtClientPoint
