Description
TPDFFieldType enumerates the interactive form field kinds the library creates
The form creation methods such as NewFormField and NewChildFormField take the field type as an integer ordinal of this enum, and GetFormFieldType reports it back for an existing field

| ftUnknown | Ordinal 0, reserved for an unset or unrecognised type |

| ftText | A text field that also covers multi-line and comb variants |
| ftPushButton | A push button that triggers an action |
| ftCheckbox | An independent on-off checkbox |
| ftRadioButton | A radio button; kids sharing one parent behave as one mutually exclusive group |
| ftChoice | A list box or combo box choice field |
| ftSignature | A digital signature field |
| ftParent | A pure parent node that groups kid fields without holding a value |
Remarks
The creation path accepts ordinals 1 to 7; radio button and parent fields receive special kid wiring, all other types create a value-holding field directly
