Description
Sets the disk quota for indirect object data written to the file configured by SetTempFile

Remarks
When the next object would exceed the quota, the object remains in memory and document processing continues without data loss
Use GetTempFileQuota to inspect current disk use and determine whether the in-memory fallback was used
