Connects cooperative cancellation and pause state to an isolated rendering instance

Remarks
This low-level hook supports custom isolated render workers
Applications normally use StartRenderPageJob, PauseRenderJob, ResumeRenderJob, and CancelRenderJob instead
The caller owns both values and must keep them valid for the complete rendering operation
