ANSI DLL counterpart of SaveMarkdownToFile

Syntax

int DLSaveMarkdownToFileA(int InstanceID, const char* PageRange,
  int Options, const char* FileName);

Remarks

The page range and file path follow the instance ANSI mode; UTF-8 mode supports Unicode paths

The created file is always UTF-8 without a byte-order mark
