Description

Returns the Widget that currently retains primary pointer capture in the TPDFlibFormSession

Capture begins on a primary pointer down over a Widget and ends on the matching pointer up or pointer cancellation, so Widget /D and /U triggers stay paired with the originally pressed Widget even when the pointer leaves it

The index is cleared by Reset and is zero while no press is being tracked
