Description

PLCreateDefaultMailProvider returns the default IPDFlibMailProvider implementation for the platform

On Windows the provider sends through Collaboration Data Objects (CDO); on other platforms the function returns Nil and the caller must install a custom provider

The MailSendDemo uses the default provider and PLSanitizeAttachmentName without ever sending mail, because the demo request addresses a sink that records the message
