ANSI variant of GetMarkdownTextLineCount

Accepts string parameters as ANSI text and otherwise behaves identically to the wide-string entry point

Return values

Returns the number of rendered lines, or 0 for an invalid width or empty source

Remarks

The DLL DLGetMarkdownTextLineCountA variant accepts text according to the configured ANSI mode
