Description
Reports the byte offset at which one incremental revision begins within the file

| InputFile | The path of the PDF file to inspect |
|---|---|
| Password | The open password, or an empty string when the file is not encrypted |
| RevisionIndex | The zero-based revision number whose start offset is requested |
Return value
Returns the byte offset, or 0 on a bad index
