Description
Writes the annotations of the loaded document to an FDF file, the counterpart of the Acrobat Export Comments to FDF command
The file content is exactly what ExportAnnotationsToFDFString builds, so the result can be re-imported with ImportAnnotationsFromFDF or opened in Acrobat as a comment transfer file
