Left	Horizontal position of the layout box
Top	Vertical position of the layout box
Width	Available layout width
Markdown	Markdown source or a continuation token returned by `DrawMarkdownTextBox`

Returns 1 when the width is valid, or 0 otherwise

A repeated source reuses its converted HTML and measured layout plan

The DLL DLDrawMarkdownTextA variant accepts text according to the configured ANSI mode

Code spans and blocks retain literal ampersands, angle brackets, and entity spellings in the rendered PDF
