Description
Decodes finished background renderings from the prefetch thread into the in-memory bitmap cache, rotating each bitmap to the current view rotation and persisting the unrotated bytes to the disk cache when one is open
The routine runs automatically before painting and after navigation; hosts without a message pump may call it directly, and it is a safe no-op when prefetching is disabled
