Description
Configures the instance-owned Tesseract provider through the DLL narrow-string convention; see ConfigureTesseractOCR
Syntax

double MinOrientationConfidence, int TimeoutMS);Return values
Returns 1 when the configuration is accepted and 0 for an invalid configuration
Remarks
Input strings are decoded with the instance ANSI-to-wide conversion configuration; use the wide entry point to pass Unicode independently of that configuration
An invalid reconfiguration preserves the existing provider; an accepted reconfiguration replaces the previous owned provider
