Description

Formats a TBPValue as a minimal-length lowercase hexadecimal string

Leading zero limbs are skipped, so the output is exactly as long as the value requires and never padded to the full 528-bit width

Parameters

Return value

Lowercase hexadecimal digits, empty only when every limb is zero

Remarks

Round-trips with BPFromHex, which accepts the case-insensitive output
