Description

Applies the same owned searchable text layer as ApplyOCRTextLayerEx through the DLL narrow-string convention

Syntax

int DLApplyOCRTextLayerExA(int InstanceID, int Page, const char* ResultJSON,
  const char* FontName, double MinConfidence, int Options);

Return values

Returns 1 when a layer is committed, the existing-text policy skips the page, or no word meets the confidence threshold; returns 0 when the input, geometry, options, font encoding, or layer write fails

Remarks

Input strings are decoded with the instance ANSI-to-wide conversion configuration; use the wide entry point to pass Unicode independently of that configuration
