Description

Trims the retained history of the active edit down to the MaxUndoSteps budget

Undoable entries are kept first, up to the limit, and redo entries keep whatever budget remains, counted from the current history position outward

MaxUndoSteps is zero the entire history is reset, and trimming runs after every recorded entry and after the limit changes
