TPDFlibViewerFormFieldAction

Description
Fires through OnFormFieldAction when a push button, signature widget or another field carrying a mouse-up action is activated
ActivateFormField decodes the field's action dictionary for the trigger and passes the typed summary to the handler; the viewer never evaluates JavaScript, so hosts receive script actions as typed data and decide how to handle them
