Fires through OnAnnotClick when the user clicks a non-link annotation, for example a text note, file attachment, square or highlightLink annotations are reported through
OnLinkClick instead

| APage | One-based page number holding the annotation |
| AnnotIndex | One-based annotation index on that page |
| Subtype | The annotation's /Subtype name, such as Text or FileAttachment |
