Description

Loads an Ed25519 X.509 certificate and private key from DER files and attaches them to a PDF signing process

SignProcessID	Value returned by a `NewSignProcessFrom*` function
CertificateFile	Path to a DER-encoded Ed25519 X.509 certificate
PrivateKeyFile	Path to a raw 32-byte seed or unencrypted PKCS #8 DER private key

1	Both files were read and the identity was attached to the process
0	A file or process id was invalid

The DLL also exports DLSetSignProcessEd25519IdentityFromFileA for ANSI paths

The certificate and private key are held in the sign process, so the source files can be closed or replaced after this call returns
