Description

Adds, replaces, or removes a custom dynamic value used by a visible signature appearance template

SignProcessID	Value returned by a `NewSignProcessFrom*` function
Name	Case-insensitive placeholder name of up to 64 ASCII letters, digits, underscores, periods, or hyphens
Value	Replacement text of up to 8192 characters, or an empty string to remove the variable

1	The custom value was updated or removed
0	The process id, name, value length, or variable capacity was invalid

Built-in names are reserved and cannot be replaced

A sign process stores up to 128 custom values and releases them with the process
