Binds the same reusable HTML image source as SetHTMLImage through the DLL narrow-string convention
Syntax
int DLSetHTMLImageA(int InstanceID, const char* Source, int ImageID);Return values
Returns 1 when the instance, source, and image are valid, or 0 otherwise
Remarks
The input bytes follow the mode selected by DLSetAnsiMode, including UTF-8 when mode 1 is active
