ANSI variant of RenderPagesToPrintBuffer
Accepts string parameters as ANSI text and otherwise behaves identically to the wide-string entry point

Returns the positive byte count for a size query or successful copy, the negative required byte count when the supplied buffer is too small, and 0 when export fails
Remarks
The query and copy calls each perform an export, allowing the library to avoid retaining large binary payloads inside the DLL instance; the ANSI entry point decodes PageRanges as UTF-8
