Description
Occurs after a commit of the active edit stored a changed field value
The callback receives the field index together with the original value captured at edit start and the validated value that was stored, and it fires only after the field value, the refreshed display appearance and all dirty appearances have been updated
Commits that keep the value identical, fail validation or are vetoed by OnAction do not raise the callback
