Viewer interaction, annotations and hotspot links

Description

Fires when the user clicks a link annotation that carries an action, with APage holding the 1-based page and Info the typed action summary (URI, GoTo, Named and other action kinds)

Form fields take precedence over links in select mode, and a hand-mode click that never dragged follows links too
