Internal helper of TPDFlibFormSession that clears the cached code point and grapheme boundary tables It chains

It chains InvalidateVisualCaretOrder so a stale visual slot order can never survive an edit value change

The helper runs whenever the transient value changes, including when an edit starts, a selection is replaced and a history entry is replayed

The next index conversion in either Unicode unit rebuilds the required table through EnsureSelectionBoundaries
