Description
Returns the total byte size announced by a TCallbackByteRangeSource
Syntax
Function TCallbackByteRangeSource.GetTotalSize: Int64;Remarks
The value is the total size supplied to the constructor, which LoadFromRangeSource forwards from its SourceSize parameter
It is stored as supplied and is never updated by read activity
IsRangeAvailable and ReadRange compare offsets and counts against this size
