Description
Returns the same read-only manifest as GetImageDeduplicationReportJSON through the DLL narrow-string convention

Returns the instance-owned JSON pointer or null for an invalid instance
Remarks
The returned bytes follow the mode selected by DLSetAnsiMode, including UTF-8 when mode 1 is active
The pointer remains owned by the DLL and may be replaced by the next string-returning call on the same instance
