Description

ANSI variant of GetEncryptedPayloadDisplayName

Accepts string parameters as ANSI text and otherwise behaves identically to the wide-string entry point

Return values

The payload display name, or an empty string when the selected document is not a valid wrapper

Remarks

New wrappers derive the name from the subtype, for example StandardProtected.pdf, without disclosing the source path
