Description
Returns typed information for a chained next-action attached to the specified action

Return values
The function returns a TPDFlibActionInfo record populated in the same format used by GetAnnotActionInfo and GetOutlineActionInfo
If ActionID or NextIndex is invalid, the returned record has Kind set to akUnknown
Remarks
Use GetActionNextCount before iterating chained actions so the caller only requests valid 1-based indexes
The function reads both the single-dictionary and array forms of the PDF /Next entry
