Description
Closes a marked content range previously opened by BeginMarkedContent. Emits an EMC (End Marked Content) operator into the current content stream

Remarks
Ensure that all marked content ranges are balanced. A missing EndMarkedContent call will result in an invalid PDF structure tree and compliance issues
