Draws table rows on the current page while preserving Tagged PDF logical structure

| TableID | The ID of the table to draw |

| Left | The left edge coordinate of the target table bounds |
| Top | The top edge coordinate of the target table bounds |
| Height | The height limit allocated for the rows drawn in this block |
| FirstRow | The index of the first row to draw |
| LastRow | The index of the last row to draw |
| RepeatHeaderRows | The number of header rows to repeat on subsequent pages |
Return values
The Y coordinate where the table drawing stopped, or -1.0 on error
