Releases every retained byte-range window and resets cache statistics for the selected callback-backed document

Remarks
The source callback remains attached and later document operations fetch required chunks again under the current byte budget
An in-flight read still returns its bytes to existing callers, but its stale completion cannot repopulate the cleared cache or counters
