Description

Removes the registered custom decoder callback so decoding falls back to the native codec library

Procedure ClearModernImageDecoderBackend;

Return value

After the call the decoder callback slot sits empty and DecodeModernImageToPNG uses the codec module again

Remarks

Equivalent to registering Nil; the switch is atomic under the backend lock, so concurrent decodes pick one path or the other, never a mixture
