Verifies an ECDSA signature over a Brainpool curve

Part of the pure-Pascal Brainpool ECDSA suite covering brainpoolP256r1, brainpoolP384r1 and brainpoolP512r1 (RFC 5639). Arithmetic runs on a shared 528-bit limb core; group operations use Jacobian coordinates. Signing takes the nonce from the caller so random or deterministic (RFC 6979) policies remain in the integrator's control
