Description
Adds a stamp annotation to the selected page. The values of the colour parameters range from 0 to 1, with 0 indicating 0% and 1 indicating 100% of the colour. The colour only affects the background colour of the popup and not the stamp itself.
When the selected document is below PDF 1.3, the writer automatically raises the effective PDF version to 1.3 because stamp annotations were introduced in PDF 1.3.

The vertical coordinate of the top edge of the stamp annotation

The width of the annotation
Height
The height of the annotation
StampType
0 = Approved
1 = Experimental
2 = NotApproved

5 = NotForPublicRelease
6 = Confidential
7 = Final
8 = Sold
9 = Departmental
10 = ForComment
11 = TopSecret
12 = Draft
13 = ForPublicRelease
