Description

Adds a DER-encoded X.509 certificate to the Issuer array of a signature field's certificate seed value dictionary

Parameters

Index	Signature field index
CertificateDER	DER bytes of an acceptable issuer certificate; duplicates are idempotent

Return value

1 when the certificate was added, 0 for an invalid field or malformed DER input

Remarks

The entry turns on the certificate seed value Issuer flag, making the list a required constraint: at sign time the signing certificate issuer name must match the subject name of one listed certificate
