Adds an alternative retrieval URI to an existing external ICC output profile reference

Function AddOutputIntentProfileReferenceURL(PageNumber: Integer; Const ProfileURL: WideString): Integer;

PageNumber	0 for the Catalog output intent, or a one-based page number for an explicit page output intent
ProfileURL	ASCII RFC 3986 URI with an explicit scheme

1 when the URI is present after the call, or 0 for an invalid target, URI or missing /DestOutputProfileRef structure

The method appends a URL file specification containing /FS /URL and /F to the reference /URLs array

Adding the same URI more than once is idempotent and does not create duplicate locations

SetOutputIntentProfileReference first to create the primary profile reference and its initial URI
