Description
Selects an existing image and applies an RGB colour-key transparency range in one call

| FromBlue | Lower blue value of the transparent colour range |

| ToGreen | Upper green value of the transparent colour range |
| ToBlue | Upper blue value of the transparent colour range |
Return values
Returns ImageID on success, or 0 if the image cannot be selected
Remarks
This helper is equivalent to selecting the image and calling SetImageMask
