Description

Adds an installed font face to the custom fallback chain

int DLAddFontFallback(int InstanceID, const wchar_t* FontName);

FontName	Installed face name checked before the built-in fallback candidates

Returns the one-based chain position, including the existing position for a duplicate, or 0 for an empty name

The face is opened and cached lazily only when a primary font lacks a cluster, and adjacent clusters assigned to the same face are shaped together

The chain is retained by the library instance and is shared by its documents
