OCSPDER	Eine vollständige erfolgreiche `OCSPResponse` oder eine DER SEQUENCE vom Typ `BasicOCSPResponse`

1	Die Antwort wurde übernommen oder war bereits vorhanden
0	Die Prozess-ID, der Antwortstatus, die DER-Codierung oder die Gesamtgröße war ungültig

Eine bloße BasicOCSPResponse wird als erfolgreiche OCSPResponse mit dem Antworttyp id-pkix-ocsp-basic umschlossen

Doppelte normalisierte Antworten werden einmal gespeichert; das Attribut wird nur für adbe.pkcs7.detached ausgegeben
